Bustin up blockades and borders

Removed the concrete road barrier from the city side of the truck. It was sending a poor message, that Jon had been exiled never to return… well to not have the option to return. In his truck. That’s about to go nuclear.

I may put that barrier back in. But for now its gone.

Other things that have been removed, is the 8px top and left border on the game window (yay). and the full screen button, because if you tried it, you know.
